Sunny Day

Thursday
First of all, I'm so sorry for the lack of update and stuff as you know I just started work so there's still alot of things I need to learn and it's like the time is always not enough. Reached home feeling tired, hungry and after shower, rest awhile and I can hear my bed summoning me and the next day, work start again. *frown*
Anyway here's the update. Yesterday I went for a haircut and my hairstylist who is now my friend told me that her colleague told her that I look very stress and I was like huh? really? am I? I kinda shock to receive such a feedback and I realize that ya... indeed I am quite stress in a way. I knew I was stress but I didn't realize that my stress level is high enough to be shown/obvious to others... *pout*My Manager taught me about this Push & Pull theory and perhaps I shall share with you guys.
Push Learning = Knowledge has been push/force into you be it you like it or not. Knowledge learn 20%
Pull Learning = Knowledge that is been pull/attract automatically based on your interest/curiosity/interest/liking. Knowledge learn 80%
Although both require certain effort to be absorb into your brain but "Push Learning" certainly require more effort from your brain compare to "Pull Learning". And now I'm facing both "Push and Pull". Knowledge/things that I need to learn/absorb be it I like it or not and knowledge/things that I want to know due to my curiosity/responsibilties and maybe because of these 2 factor had result me feeling/looking tired/stress?
Today is my 3rd week for my OJT under "Bagging Processes". I had done my homework and already had the flow of the processes in my mind so later on I'll only need to do some hands on to get the feel of it which is also a good thing, I mean can make use of this chance to sweat all my "stress" out. Well I'm running late gonna go for work shall keep you guys update asap. *smiles & waves*
