I had just won myself a $20 taxi voucher and $5 NTUC voucher for participating in company quiz. Some was jealous and was complaining that I'm lucky but ya I can't denied that's part of the truth as well *laugh* cause there should be quite alot of people taking part and even if I got the right answer, I still gonna be pick by draw.

Just as I thought I was doing well, guess what...? I was wrong. Recently my manager had given me a project and I'm suppose to ordinate with another department officer to make this plan work out. I really put in effort by consulting their opinion, understand their constraint, did brainstorming and stuff and I thought I'm ready present the proposal to my manager but it turn to be a failure.

Feedback from my manager kinda enlighten me. Really start to like my manager *laugh* cause I guess we are the same, we both are thinker and he really trigger my thoughts. Anyway he was saying, I was mainly collecting information from the department officer and did not add in my own element. In order to add value, "You must make things that passes through your hands into gold". Sounds hard? To be frankm I start to feel the stress now.

Luckily my manager was patient enough and he told me not to rush, do more research and submit a more comprehensive proposal on Monday. I do not know whether with my current ability allow/enables me to turn things into gold but by Monday, somehow... I must finish my proposal by making it into gold.
